In 2017 there was the world Bonsai convention in Saitama. In front of the entrance to the Saitama Super Arena, there were many Bonsai enthusiasts, who came from all over the world.
Saitama Super Arena is an arena where various types of events, sports, concerts, etc are organized … It is located in the new center (Shintoshin) of Saitama, not very far from the Bonsai district of Omiya.
Already in the JR Saitama Shintoshin station, there was a small Japanese garden.
There was also a Yurukyara mascot from the city of Saitama, Dragon Tsunagaryu.
Inside the Saitama Super Arena, there were thousands of Bonsai. Almost immediately at the entrance there was also a Japanese-style room where there was a beautiful Bonsai work. In the first photo you can see how many people there were.

Interesting displays with antique furniture and Byobu screens, or with Kakejiku (hanging scroll), very traditional!
Finally there were also spaces where they sold Bonsai of various types and also tools for bonsai.
